Hi everyone!! Welcome to Yet Another Allergy Blog.

I’m super excited to share my experiences and recipes with you. In the winter of 2019 I started to have some weird health problems. It turns out I’ve been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. The biggest side effect has been a brand new, fancy egg allergy… yay…?

It’s been a journey, but I’m finally starting to accept this new part of me. I decided by to create this space so people could have a resource to turn to. This is a site (soon to be) full of options for people with an egg allergy.

The site is split into three sections: recipes, “egg hacks”, and restaurants. Here’s a basic breakdown of each section:

Recipes

I miss some of my old favorite foods, so it’s my mission to figure out how to make them without eggs.

“Egg Hacks”

Ever wonder how to substitute eggs in a batch? How about an egg yolk or egg white? This is the resource for fun ways to replace eggs in your cooking.

Restaurants

I talk about it a lot, but when I first got this allergy eating out was intimidating. This is the section for tips on eating out. I also review restaurants to help you know who’s helpful and who’s not. I want you to enjoy your eating out experience, so check back with this section frequently.
